How do I install your sounds?
Each of our products will come with a Read Me PDF with specific installation instructions.

How do I use your sounds?
You will need to have the specific software instrument for which a product was created. Please read the product descriptions carefully to make sure you have the required software instrument. Also pay careful attention to other product requirements such as required software version or hard drive space.

How do I receive the sounds I’ve purchased?
After purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link(s). Be sure to check your spam folder because the email may have landed there. If you have created an account, you will be also be able to access your product downloads in your account.

Are there restrictions on what types of music projects your products can be used on?
No. You can use any Indefinable Audio product on any music project you’re working on which includes library/production music tracks. This includes any of my sound libraries available for free.

Help! I’ve lost my sounds. What do I do?
Please get in touch with me, and I will make new download links available.

Can I re-sell sounds that I have purchased from Indefinable Audio?
No, you cannot. Each product is licensed to a single user, and that license in non-transferable.

Do you do custom sound design work?
Yes I do! Please get in touch, and let’s talk!

PAYMENT

Do your products ever go on sale?
Yes they do! I occasionally run sales on products, and each new product will have a introductory sale price. Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter to be informed of new product releases and special offers.

Do you offer refunds?
I do not. Once products are purchased, they are non-refundable unless under extreme circumstances. Please contact me if you feel you have a legitimate reason to receive a refund.
