Indefinable Audio retains full ownership and copyright of our products. Indefinable Audio products are licensed not sold. All licenses are single-user licenses. The contents of these sound libraries are licensed, not sold to you. Ownership remains with Indefinable Audio. 

You may use any of the sounds and samples in commercial and non-commercial music productions including library/production music so long as the sounds or samples are not used in isolation.
Use of the sounds and samples contained in Indefinable Audio products for the production of other sampled instruments or sample/preset libraries is prohibited. Unauthorized duplication of any download product is also prohibited. 

By purchasing Indefinable Audio products, you agree to use them at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or any loss of data as a result of such use. Also, while we will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorized malicious activity, Indefinable Audio makes no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such possible threats.

All of our products are digitally delivered. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You will also be able to access your login on the website if you have created an account.

All purchased products from Indefinable Audio are non-refundable.
