All of the libraries make use of User CC to control added functions. Use it to turn Soundscapes and Pads into tense, pulsing rhythmic patches, or use it to dial in additional sound layering and FX. The pitch wheel is often mapped to functions other than pitch to give you even more sound variations and control.
